Online Poker Legal In What States?

The introduction of online casinos and online poker in the United States has faced significant obstacles, unlike the relatively smoother progression of sports betting. It was in 2013 that Delaware, Nevada, and New Jersey spearheaded the movement by becoming the first states to legalize online gambling, with the launch of their respective online casinos, poker sites, or both. Progress since then has been relatively gradual, as only four additional states have followed suit, legalizing online poker and gambling. These states include Connecticut, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, collectively expanding the reach of the online gambling industry.
